Maddy's Mom loves her Mom Jeans.  Maddy makes fun of them. :)

Fun fact, I think that Maddy has only been in this store once or twice.  She doesn't like to shop.  Anyway, take a pic of one of you next to this sign inside of the store.

Clue No. 8: Lovely Cards

There isn't a Hallmark shop here, but there are a few places where you can get cards.  This place has not only cards, but great gift wrap and fun little trinkets to add to a gift, for that special person.

Take a picture of one of you in front of this store's display to move on!

Clue No.7: Grip Tape for the awesome shoes

Did you know that Maddy loves to skateboard?  She has at least 2 decks, one of which she got when she was 4.  She has surfed the concrete of Santa Monica on a long board, even!

Anyway, get a picture of yourself next to this sign.  Bonus points if you can get a selfie of all of you holding up a long board (just one)!

Clue No.6: Churro Swirl

Being bad never tasted so good!  For this clue, take a picture of yourself next to the banner that has this delicious treat.  😀

Clue No.5: Alexa, can you hear me?

Where would I find Alexa?  Aside from almost every house around?    For this clue, take a picture of where you would find Alexa.

For bonus points, record a video of you asking Alexa for a joke.

Clue No.4: Unique sign

For this clue, you will need to find this unique sign.  Take a selfie of your group next to the sign to proceed!

Clue No.3: I am Iron Man

Before Iron Man grabbed the gems, Thanos made this into a fist.  This store made it into a mug.  

For this clue, take a picture with one of you holding the mug.  You get bonus points if you can recreate a scene from the Avengers Movie.

Clue No.2: A Charming find!

For this clue, there is no Prince Charming.  You can get your own from this store.

Take a picture of one of you next to this store to proceed!  You get bonus points if you can take a picture of one of you trying on a charm.

Clue No.1: Find Fido

Clue:  You are looking for this dog.  Once you find this dog, take a picture of it with one of you next to it!

The dog says "Woof!  Woof, woof, arrrrrrrr, woof!"

Welcome Red Team!

OK Ladies, first off, welcome to MD's 13th Birthday scavenger hunt!  This should be a lot of fun for everyone involved.

There are only a few rules to worry about.  These are posted so you all know them and can refer to them at any time.

1. You do not need to leave the mall.  All of the items/areas in the scavenger hunt can be found in the mall.
2. Do not split up your team.  Please stay together at all times.
3. Some of the clues are hard.  If you need a hint, please send a text to Maddy's Dad.

With that out of the way, this is how to play.

I will give each team a different clue, for something or somewhere in the Mall.  It is your job to find that place and do what is required in the clue description.  Once you do that, send a text to Maddy's Dad with a pic, then he will update the page with the next clue.  Follow on the clues to the final place, where there the party will be.
